Office of Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response
Provides support services, resources, and reporting options for students impacted by discrimination based on sex or gender, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking, as well as retaliation for reporting any of these acts. Available to students from all campuses.

Office of Student Conduct
Promotes a safe living and learning environment for all students using the Code of Conduct to guide this process.

Student Legal Services
Provides advice, representation, referrals, and other legal services to University Park students facing personal legal issues. At other Penn State campuses, students are encouraged to access legal services offered within their communities and are encouraged to consult with the Director of Student Affairs for referrals.
